SHOULD YOU LAUGH OR CRY?

Disinfectant alcohol, distributed against the virus,
some people drink it as liquor.
Street committee worker stands at the door,
shouts inside.
Old guy sits
on his old broken bed,
drags on a cigarette.
Drunk as a skunk, waves his hands,
No hospital! No one pumps out his stomach!
Just keeps muttering,
“Fuck little thing, not worth the money!“

SOLL MAN LACHEN ODER WEINEN?

Alkohol, ausgegeben zur Desinfektion

wird als Schnaps getrunken.

Ein Mensch vom Straßenkomitee steht an der Tür

und ruft in die Wohnung.

Der alte Mann sitzt an der Kante

auf seinem alten schäbigen Bett,

zieht an seiner Zigarette,

wedelt besoffen mit seinen Armen,

kein Krankenhaus, kein Magen auspumpen!

Murmelt nur vor sich hin:

„So ein Eierscheiß ist das Geld nicht wert!“
