GOOD NIGHT

Every night
before I sleep,
in my heart
I say “good night!”
Sometimes I think
of certain people,
or I say it just to myself.
No clamour outside now,
my heart’s growing calm.
This day in this life
moving out far away.
All in all on this day
I am feeling content –
“good night” …
