at the most recent installment
of our Chang’an Poetry Festival
Zhu Jian recited a new poem
by deaf-mute poet Zuo You
Zuo You respectfully presented his phone
and stood next to Zhu Jian
Zhu Jian looked at Zuo You’s phone
to recite in his hoarse voice:
“this poem is called
I DON’T MAKE THIS GIRL”
before he spoke the last word
Zhu Jian had this lecherous smile
and on Zuo Lun’s face
there was the same smile
oh, it was like that before
Zuo You accompanies with his face
the reader’s expression
so there was this lecherous smile
coming up on two faces
at the same time
such a fucking clean smile
I was all wet at heart
