ANTS

We saw a documentary,
in the morning an ant
crawled out, went to work,
around noon she walked to their canteen,
but there was an emergency,
had to do overtime.
All afternoon was very tiring,
but she was successful,
saved many ants.
In the evening she was still alive,
so we hoped for tomorrow.

There were other bugs too,
with different stories.

But the main guys didn’t die,
maybe because this is also for kids.

Actually children know about death.
Nana or granny will have to go.
I never got to know
my grandfather on either side.
That was very common,
Second World War.

The ant we were watching
was very brave,
I was rooting for her.
Although we knew she wasn’t young,
probably had just a few days.

蚂蚁

看了纪录片
蚂蚁早上
爬出来去上班
中午去餐厅
可是有急事
必须加工
下午一直很累
但基本上成功
救了很多蚂蚁
晚上还活着就好
明天再说

还有其他的虫
故事稍微不同

但主角不死
也许是观众有孩子

孩子知道死亡
知道奶奶、姥姥
有一天会走
我没有认识我爷爷
姥爷也是
在我一代非常普遍
因为二战

蚂蚁很勇敢
希望她活着
虽然一开始我们知道
她已经不年轻
也许还能待一两天

睡午觉梦见一首诗
醒来想想
原来有没有这一首
可是已经没办法
不能读完
也不能记录

of a poem
and when i realize it’s a dream
i wonder if the poem is real
but there is no time
to check it out
or write it down

I’ve said that before.
There are beautiful words,
there are beautiful thoughts.
But some poets
kill people.

有时有的事停止
或结束而有的刚开始
有时候一年都是暴力和战争
有时候一切都一下次坠毁
有时还有人想要过节
有时候还拿到宝贵的东西
有人想起你

SOMETIMES

sometimes something stops
and something may begin
sometimes a year ends in violence and war
sometimes everything is destroyed all at once
sometimes someone wants to have christmas
and sometimes there can still be a gift
