SCHATZINSEL
Tochter kommt vom Kindergarten,
singt auf dem Weg das Kinderlied
“Ich liebe die Schatzinsel Taiwan!”
Daheim formt sie die Insel
aus Plastilin,
klebt sie an die Wand,
sagt jedem von uns,
ja nicht berühren!

WAS FÜR EIN SCHATZ
Als ich von Wang Xuehui weggeh
steckt er heimlich etwas in meine Tasche,
eingewickelt in Zeitungspapier.
Er hat noch andere Gäste,
also frag ich zuerst nichts.
Daheim wickle ich das Ding aus der Zeitung
und mir geht ein Licht auf.
Es ist die Schüssel in der er
letzte Woche aus meiner Wohnung
Reis mitgenommen hat.

PROVISIONS
Most supermarkets
have just empty shelves.
Online
meat and vegetables
are hard to find.
Milk and eggs
whole wheat bread
also gone.
Turned out the freezer,
found a surprise, a few jiaozi.
That was from last fall,
mom and dad made them for us
before they went back to China.
Cooked our treasure,
carefully
tried a bite.
Carrot-celery-beef filling,
greatest stuff in the world,
never had
anything better.

WILL-O‘-THE-WISP
went past a graveyard
saw will-o’-the-wisps
my friend said, these are
the bones giving light
isn’t it true
in everyone’s bones
there is a light
a precious lamp
many people living in misery
all through their life
their light comes on
only after they die

IRRLICHTER
am weg lag ein friedhof
ich sah irrlichter blinken
die knochen leuchten,
sagte mein freund
ist es nicht so
jeder mensch hat in den knochen
ein kostbares licht
viele menschen fristen
ein erbärmliches dasein
nach ihrem tod erst
leuchten sie auf

《磷火》
朱剑
路经坟场
看见磷火闪烁
朋友说,这是
骨头在发光
是不是
每个人的骨头里
都有一盏
高贵的灯
许多人屈辱地
活了一辈子
死后,才把灯
点亮
