Away from the environment,
how do I write in Chinese?
Especially a foreigner!
Looking at photos
and videos,
I realize again
when friends take a picture
they want to remember,
remember beauty,
being together,

英语也可以说任何语言，包括英语，离开了环境很难写出来。而那些荒谬等等，川普美国感觉也是。
In English I can talk about writing in any language, also English, while being away from the environment. I wrote this poem in Chinese in response to what happened last year and this year at a certain place in China. But the absurd aggression, the senseless destruction and ruin could also be Trump and Musk’s ‘work’, right? Or Putin and so on.

EIN “BUG”
Er hat sich unlängst vernarrt
in ein Strategiespiel.
Die Spieler bilden von sich aus ein Team,
stellen jeden Tag ihre Truppen auf,
schicken Soldaten aus, brechen die Fronten,
gehorchen Befehlen der Teamkommandanten.
Sie kämpfen zusammen im Internet,
erobern Städte und gründen ihr Reich.
Nach einer Weile hat er bemerkt,
dass viele hochrangige Spieler
gar nicht spielen können,
sie tun nur so,
sie haben überhaupt keinen Plan.
Es ist alles erkauft.
Ihm ist auf einmal fad geworden,
er hat aufgehört
und ist zurück in seiner wirklichen Welt.

伊沙推荐：网络题材，已经不是虚拟世界，而是现实题材。在我看来，＂写什么＂与＂怎么写＂同等重要，因为二者不是皮和肉的关系，而是血肉难分。
高歌：除了花钱充值，还有专门代玩刷分的呢。游戏也越来越不纯粹，或者说复杂的世界不必强求纯粹，当然那种纯粹之爽，体验感会降低不少，比如足彩已经把我带偏，不下注看球都不刺激了……

SAUBERER BEAMTER
Er kommt aus Weifang zurück,
stellt mir drei Leute vor die Weifang regieren.
Ich kenn sie überhaupt nicht,
kenn nicht mal die Namen,
sag nur Zheng Banqiao war dort im Amt.
Er fragt,
seit wann ist der pensioniert?
Mir verschlägts die Rede..
Der Zheng ist nachher nach Yangzhou,
sag ich dann, hat Bilder verkauft und davon gelebt.
Oh, sagt er,
das war ein Qing Guan, sauberer Beamter.
Ja, sag ich,
das war er,
Qing Guan, denk ich mir,
Beamter der Qing-Dynastie.

bei der angelobung!

sieht in der hofburg

the night they announced
the lu xun literature prize
my mobile phone rang
it was the ningxia muslim poet
shan yongzhen. he said:
“only if you are never considered
for the biggest official prize,
you can become
a great poet in china.
tonight my first candidate
would have been chang yao
(who died in 2000)
the second one I thought of
was you, brother yi!”
hearing these words
brother yi stammered
didn’t know what to say

THE PEOPLE
taking a walk in the afternoon
I come out of the east gate of fengqing park
and I see
a young woman leaning on a bicycle
talking on her cellphone:
“hello, director chen
just let my kid into your school
on top of the 50,000 sponsoring money
I will add 10,000 for you,
ok? ….”
behind her
on the back seat of the bicycle
sits a little boy
three or four years old
I walk down the street
but after a while
under the afternoon
hot summer sun
I want to cry
not because I am moved
I’m not moved at all
it was no surprise
it was perfectly normal
but I want to salute
the downtrodden masses accepting their fate
myself among them
the great chinese people
